Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asphorem platform, including the website at asphorem.com and the application at app.asphorem.com (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
Asphorem is a web-based platform providing data transformation tools. The first available tool is the CSV Normalizer, which enables users to clean, standardise, and transform CSV files using configurable mapping rules and AI-assisted matching.
Important: Your CSV files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. File processing happens locally in your browser. For AI-assisted value matching, the unique values from the picklist columns you choose to map are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) — no full rows or file contents are ever shared. We only store the mapping configurations you create.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Free Plan
Asphorem offers a free plan at no charge, which includes:
- Up to 1,000 rows per file
- Up to 20 properties
- Up to 100 picklist values per property
- 3 presets
- 5 saved mappings
- 20 AI matching runs per month
- Processing history
We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free plan at any time with reasonable prior notice.
5. Pro Plan
The Pro plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription and includes:
- Up to 150,000 rows per file
- Up to 1,000 properties
- Up to 500 picklist values per property
- 50 presets
- 50 saved mappings
- 1,000 AI matching runs per month
- Everything in the Free plan
Pricing is $5.50 per month (billed monthly) or $54 per year (billed annually, approximately $4.50/month). Prices are in USD and displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes where Lemon Squeezy is required to collect them. We reserve the right to modify Pro plan pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
6. Payment and Auto-renewal
Pro plan subscriptions are sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy LLC (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Asphorem purchases. This means that when you subscribe, you enter into a purchase agreement with Lemon Squeezy, who handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. By subscribing, you also accept Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Lemon Squeezy in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Because Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, they are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT) in your jurisdiction — prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before each renewal.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as required under Section 8 below.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy and applicable law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
To request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy to process your refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed within 14 days of the approved request.
Waiver of withdrawal right: If you explicitly request that the Pro subscription begins immediately upon purchase (before the 14-day withdrawal period expires) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, you waive this right in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. This acknowledgement will be sought at the time of purchase.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Upload or process files containing illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the security of the Service;
- Circumvent usage limits or share account access with third parties;
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper operation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service — including software, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by Antoine Bielawski (Asphorem). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
Mapping configurations you create within the Service remain yours. We do not claim ownership over them.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asphorem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Asphorem in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your mapping configurations will be deleted within 90 days.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
