Every CRM import fails the same way: wrong column names, rejected picklist values, incompatible date formats. Asphorem fixes all three before you hit upload — so the import works first time, every time.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Shopify, and any CSV-based import.
Part of the CSV Normalizer — Asphorem's tool for standardising any CSV data.
The file looks fine in Excel. But the moment you upload it, the importer throws errors — or silently creates bad data.
Your export has COMPANY_NAME. HubSpot wants company. Salesforce wants Account Name. Pipedrive wants org_name. Every system has a different schema — and none of them accept raw exports as-is.
You have closed won, Closed-Won, and Won. Your CRM only accepts Closed Won. Every other value gets rejected silently or imported as a blank — corrupting the data you're trying to load.
European exports use DD/MM/YYYY. American systems expect MM/DD/YYYY. ISO systems want YYYY-MM-DD. Same date, three formats, zero compatibility — and the importer rarely tells you which rows failed.
You open Excel, find & replace, rename columns, delete unused ones, save as CSV. Then the next weekly export arrives and you repeat the whole thing from scratch — on a file that's almost identical to last week's.
Configure the transformation once. Every future file with the same format can be processed in a single click.
Drop any CSV — from HubSpot, Salesforce, a data warehouse, or a custom tool. Asphorem reads the columns and shows you a preview without uploading your data.
Tell Asphorem which column in your file maps to which field in your CRM. AI suggests the most likely match for each column — you confirm or correct in seconds.
For each mapped column, define the allowed values. The AI normalises every cell to match — catching typos, language differences, and formatting inconsistencies across the entire file at once.
Your file has the right column names, valid picklist values, and ISO dates. Drop it straight into your CRM importer. The mapping is saved — next time the same format arrives, reuse it and skip to this step immediately.
Each platform has its own naming conventions and picklist requirements. Asphorem bridges the gap between what you export and what the importer accepts.
company Account Name org_name firstname First Name first_name lastname Last Name last_name email Email email dealstage StageName stage_id closedate CloseDate close_time Save a preset for each target system — so every future export from that source maps automatically.
If you receive the same export format regularly — a weekly Salesforce pull, a monthly Shopify order export, a fortnightly data provider file — you're doing the same cleanup work on repeat.
Asphorem saves your mapping configuration as a named template. When the next file arrives, select it from your history and download a clean file in seconds. The tool alerts you if the source structure has changed so you're never caught off guard.
